As we embark on Season 2025, Lumen Repertory Theatre presents an extraordinary lineup celebrating the subversive nature of truthful storytelling. Quickly becoming a forerunner of the arts in Northeast Florida, our mission to illuminate perspectives and provide artists with possibilities through professional theatre continues.

This Subversive season delves into the dark, unsettling corners of faith, ambition, and identity. Agnes of God subverts traditional religious and psychological boundaries, while American Buffalo deconstructs the American Dream and the ethics of capitalism. Finally, the world premiere of Harlan and Bronna Jump Out the Window offers a satirical, fourth-wall-breaking look at privilege, societal collapse, and human connection. Together, these plays create a season that provokes, challenges, and redefines what it means to confront the uncomfortable truths of our world.
