All Equity and non-Equity actors are invited to attend and do the work.
Lumen Repertory Theatre welcomes performers at all stages of their relationship with the company. Whether this is your first encounter with Lumen Rep or a return with new growth to show, this open call is an invitation to engage, explore, and audition alongside the community that makes this work possible.

Who Should Audition
— Artists who have never worked with Lumen Rep before
— Artists who have worked with Lumen Rep and are interested in exploring Season 2026
— Artists who have auditioned for Lumen Rep previously and want to show growth, range, or a new approach
Lumen Rep leadership, staff artists, and members of the Board will also be auditioning. This day is a shared practice and a celebration of the importance of auditioning as an essential part of the craft.
Audition Requirements
— (2) contrasting monologues
* Verse is encouraged, but not required.
